The International Mobility HR Coordinator will be an expert in our international mobility program, and will provide advice and support for Deloitte employees in all areas related to cross border assignments.
In this role she/he will collaborate with HR Business Partners and key functional stakeholders (tax, legal, payroll, finance etc.) in order to maintain Deloitte’s global mobility strategy, policies and processes and therefore maximise programme effectiveness, optimise cost and monitor compliance.
The person will also be responsible for promoting and developing the mobility spirit, process and service among our employees.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the field of international mobility using knowledge and understanding in this area, as well as assignee lifecycle including but not limited to immigration, payroll, relocation and tax.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to provide advice and guidance on structuring and planning international assignments;
- Provide daily support for Deloitte expatriates both on long & short assignment, coordinate the day to day activities for mobility programmes;
- Conduct entry and exit consultations with Deloitte expatriates;
- Work closely with internal and external vendors (relocation, immigration, housing/destination services, tax consultants) to ensure timely, quality services are provided within agreed key performance indicators, service levels and pricing;
- Develops recommendations and solutions in response to more complex problems;
- Apply global mobility policies and processes to enhance the assignee experience and maximise the effectiveness of Deloitte mobility programmes;
- Maintain and promotion global mobility program.
- Advisory support in hiring foreign workers.
We are looking for someone who has the following qualification and experience:
- Master degree;
- 3 or more years mobility-related experience ;
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, programme taxability and international payroll issues ;
- Strong cross-cultural awareness & sensitivity;
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, completing initiatives even under unfamiliar circumstances;
- Experience in identifying and mitigating compliance risk related to mobility assignments
- Very strong organisational skills;
- Advanced relationship building & networking skills at all levels ;
- Very good knowledge and experience in MS Office;
- Excellent oral & written communication skills;
- Client Service Orientation;
- Fluent Polish & English;
- Knowledge of the Polish labour law will be an advantage
