HR Coordinator in SSC (start up)
On behalf of our Client, the production company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Deduction Analyst with English and Polish.
Main duties on that position will include administer all Employee Life Cycle (Hire to Retire) process changes; including contract, new starters and leavers administration; update and maintain SAP PA and OM modules; ensure SSC employee lifecycle processes are documented and regularly maintained in support of internal controls and SOX requirements. In addition, the person hired on that position will be responsible for coordinate and administer recruitment, as well as Administer EMEA employee recognition programs.
The successful Candidate for this position has proven experience of accurately administering employee lifecycle processes using SAP and at least one year of experience of working in a HR or HRIS team in a matrix, multi-country/cultural environment. Ideal Candidate has also excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Fluency in English and Polish is essential, as well as SAP and MS office command. We expect integrity and sound judgment
