HR Controller
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field OR further education in Finance/HR Controlling & Analytics
- 1 – 3 years of proven working experience in a similar position (junior level)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good knowledge in management and finance
- Good Excel Skills in order to create reports and financial documentation
- Adaptility and cross-functionality with internal stakeholders and business partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- The HR Controller takes responsibility for all group-wide HR reporting (analytical and transactional)
- Analyzing variances between forecasts and actual data
- Ensuring a proper workflow between HR and Finance departments in regards of alignments of relevant data and figures
- Being the main contact with different countries to ensure data is being delivered
- Continuous development and improvement of KPIs
- The HR Controller takes responsibility for personnel and forecast planning as well as budgetary controls
- The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team
