As part of an ambitious growth strategy we wish to strengthen our efforts in Poland with an HR Consultant. In order to ensure a one-company approach within all HR services, you will cooperate closely with our two large business units represented in Poland in a shared service role.
You will be joining a company with the long-term vision of providing clean and reliable energy. We aim at reducing CO2 emissions by converting from coal-fired to biomass-fired power stations, constructing onshore and offshore wind farms and using natural gas to obtain a more climate-friendly energy supply to power stations, industry and consumers. Up to 20 per cent of our power is produced from renewable resources, and for the past 10 years we have been active within wind power in Poland.
You will be based at our office in Warsaw; however, you should expect some travelling to Denmark to ensure a solid integration with our organisation and to receive in-house training. As part of your job, you should also expect some business travels primarily to our office in Szczecin.
Areas of responsibility
Your primary task will be to build up our HR processes particularly within the fields of contract management, administration, remuneration and recruitment suitable for the Polish labour market and in cooperation with our HR functions in Denmark. You will also be responsible for country HR legal compliance and reporting to our Group HR function and the authorities.
Your key areas of responsibility will include setting up and managing all HR administrative processes, eg contract management, salary regulations and holiday queries. Additionally, you will also provide recruitment support for our local and Danish located managers and cooperate closely with your Danish HR colleagues from the involved business units regarding cross-organisational recruitments.
Your duties will also include supporting your HR colleagues from the relevant business units and our Group HR function on the development and implementation of HR policies and concepts.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
- manage compensations and benefits for local businesses, including salary input and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and concepts
- be responsible for local payroll though external payroll provider
- ensure local data capture, reporting structure and compliance with the EU directive on Global Data Privacy
- assist with HR development tasks as required.
Besides, you will ensure that local employees are enrolled in corporate and business unit specific introduction, competence development and leadership programmes.
