- Implementing business planning, strategic and change management initiatives.
- Providing HR advice and expertise to business leaders within the defined geography.
- Providing to line leadership the coaching and guidance necessary to develop excellent people management and supervisor responsibilities.
- Progressing the HR value proposition as an informed business partner and by advocating and assisting to drive business objectives.
- Providing guidance in interpreting and applying compliance, regulations, policy, procedures and employment law & contractual obligations.
- In alignment with the Delivery and Division Leadership provides input into and implements the HR Enterprise Services strategies required to meet the enterprise business goals and objectives.
- Providing input for the development and utilization of HR metrics, data, work processes, systems and tools to effectively manage the business operations.
- Developing and supporting an effective communication strategy.
- Supporting business units’ staffing strategy for full time, project hires, contingent labor, early talent, craft, union, expatriates, etc.
- Coordinating HR work process for deployment/redeployment of staff into and outside the geography.
- Supporting business line leaders for internal staffing and assignment of staff to programs, including relocation processes.
- Managing staff reduction processes.
- In partnership with the Geographic compensation representative, ensures market competitive compensation is achieved.
- Participating and supporting in the development of market specific salary surveys' to insure industry or specialty functional areas competitive pay practices.
- Managing and providing HR leadership for the delivery of compensation programs including but not limited to; annual merit and discretionary bonus planning, and reward and recognition programs.
Providing leadership and direction for talent management programs to ensure consistent use of corporate programs:
- Individual Development Plan process.
- Leadership through Accelerated Development (LEAD).
- Succession planning process.
- Performance management.
- Training and Development strategies.
- Employee discipline, and general performance improvement strategies.
- Termination management.
- EEOC, or equivalent, harassment and other investigations as required.
- Promote employee accountability and ownership through Service now self service.
- Monitoring potential labor relations issues amongst assigned employee populations
- Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Labor Relations policies
- Engaging and utilizing local or Enterprise LR function, as necessary.
- Coordinating the deployment and repatriation processes for employees as required.
- Assuring right level of talent is selected for international assignment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Demonstrated HR business partner consultation at management levels.
- BS - in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management or Business Administration or International Business Major.
- Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability for collaboration and consensus management across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and use sound judgment with limited functional guidance and oversight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish employment law and local labour market.
- Experience of leading and implementing HR project including organization change.
