What does the role involve?
You are the key HR counterpart in all operational people processes for the departments you support and work with. In your daily activities, you provide career counselling to team members, you coach team leaders with respect to all HR processes as well as the respective working laws. You will also bring in your broad experience in training activities of our HR processes such as source and select and team leader development. You will facilitate workshops as well as act as mediator in various cases. Collaboration and responsibility for local and global HR projects are also part of your exciting and broad tasks. In this development position you can proof your HR and managerial skills.
Your tasks will also include close cooperation with mid-management team and you be responsible for the development of their competences, as well as outlining the directions of activities and inspiring. We recognize that the team's progress (in terms of achieving results and development of competences) is a direct reflection of the HRBP’s work.
