Human Resources Manager is responsible for creation and implementation of human resources policies, employer banding, internal communication and management of employee issues arising from the Labour Code and support all Company’s departments to acquire, adapt, motivate and develop human resources. Is also responsible for organising and executing processes regarding all employee issues, especially regarding payroll, work schedules, data management, working time settlements, social fund settlements, employee documents administration. Delivers analyses and reporting to their superior, other divisions’ managers and to the group.
HR and payroll administration
- Payroll data administration– cooperation with external payroll company
- Follow-up of working time (holidays, time sheets, absences)
- Preparation of HR documents: labour contracts, annexes, penalties, contract termination and any other
- Compulsory medical certificates deadlines management
- Administration of non-wage benefits for employees and benefits financed from the Social Fund
Initializing, creating and supporting of implementation of human recourses policies
- Administration of insurances and other benefits for employees
- Periodical employees evaluation process management (summary, feedbacks etc)
- Special projects (engagement of employees in company life in low season)
- rainings – organization, coordination, planning
- Organization of Company’s events
- Cooperation with the Work Agency – recruitments process organization
- Cooperation with all departments of the Company for job description and employee profiles preparation
- Induction training for new employees
Ensuring the compliance of Company’s activities with labour law
- Cooperation with all departments of the Company in the field of labour law, HR and labour cost forecast
- Ensuring the compliance of work schedules and other Company’s activities with labour law
Timely provision of periodical and ad-hoc HR reports Preparation
- Participation in providing the data for audit purposes
- Supply of periodical and ad-hoc HR reports for the management of the Company and Finance department
Requirements
- HR management/psychology/law/sociology related education (at least baccalaureate)
- Good knowledge of Polish labour law
- Ability to deal with matters of confidentiality
- People oriented
- Working knowledge of modern HR systems (Xpertis)
- 2-3 years’ experience in the HR department
- 1 year experience in HR managerial position
- Excellent command of Excel
- Analytical skills
- Good English language knowledge
- Problem solving
