Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit in all HR-related topics
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes
- Manage complex and difficult HR Projects
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Support the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
- Be a positive, open-minded and supportive HR team member
- Develop HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Motivation to challenge existing solutions and implement improvements
- Ability to confront business needs with employees’ expectations and propose best solution
- Very good communication skills, ability to speak with people at all levels of organizational structure
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Self-reliance and pro-active approach
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of project management and change management aspects
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Labor law knowledge will be a plus
