HR Business Partner's job entails providing practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to other managers on HR procedure, developing HR policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of an organization. This position performs human resources management works related to the compensation, promotion, hiring, recruitment, training, termination, career development.
HR Business Partner also develops, updates, and maintains personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required.
- Work closely with other members of Human Resources Team, including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits
- Support daily employee relations activity for multiple client groups. Serve as the first point of contact for client groups for general employee relations issues, compensation, employee benefits, and company policies, practices and procedures, hearing and resolving employee grievances;
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process;
- Provide guidance and support in salary dimension;
- Processing of the employee status changes; ensure that status changes are submitted and completed in an accurate and timely manner; maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for chosen positions;
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes;
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending;
- Maintains employee benefits programs.
An ideal Candidate should has minimum 4 years of experience on HR position. Moreover, we are looking for excellent people and business - oriented manager. Fluency in English, knowledge and experience in the recruitment system, commitment to service excellence, business and financial acumen and very good analytical and problem solving skills are essential to be successful on this position.
