Job purpose
This is an HR generalist role, ideal for a candidate who would like to work closely with the business and gain broader business acumen as well as HR expertise in the following areas: Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Legal aspects.
This role focuses on issues vital to the organization's success, with a mix of business partnering operational accountability and HR strategy deployment. The jobholder will report to HR Director, support other HR Associates leading functional Centers of Expertise and work closely with the managers’ population to ensure delivery of their business objectives as well as to drive people agenda.
- Acting as a business advisor, who supports associates and managers in the organization in providing key KPI’s for the business
- Acting as key contact for the business representing the HR community
- Acting as facilitator and coach for managers and associates
- HR and Talent management strategy implementation, supporting the development of associates
- Ensuring full compliance of decisions with legal requirements and internal policies
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures according to the business needs
- Ensuring that Associates’ engagement is a part of every team’s agenda
- Ensuring realization of HR Strategy
- Communicating and implementing tools and processes
- Providing inputs to all personnel processes according to the business need (e.g. new policies implementation, headcount planning, etc.)
- Executing personal policies and practices (e.g. dismissal, recruitment, transfer, promotion, assignment)
- Ensuring quick vacancy fill via succession planning / internal / external recruitment
- Providing inputs and feedbacks to optimize organization design and effectiveness
- Planning and facilitating yearly performance management & development sessions, reviewing and implementing outcomes
- Being in continuous dialogue with associates, taking care of associates’ engagement, managing conflict situations, educating associates in the area of strategy, business acumen & Mars culture
- Acting as a champion of Mars culture
- Min. 4 years of experience in HR in international environment
- Ambitions and potential for further development within the organization
- Proven ability to lead projects without direct, formal authority
