HR Business Intelligence Analyst [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The Analyst’s role encompasses stakeholder engagement and consulting with conducting research and analytics projects related to JLL’s human capital data. This role supports JLL’s talent initiatives by partnering with HR and business leaders to provide critical interpretation of data, resolve complex data requests and create leading and innovative analytical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand a broad range of JLL’s data sources and know when, how, and which to use to identify/answer business challenges related to JLL’s talent
- Be the point of contact for supported HR leaders, HR CoE leads and business stakeholders in all matters related to people analytics
- Consult on projects related to People Analytics/Future of Work
- Support roll-out of new data products
- Recognise and pursue research opportunities to solve meaningful business problems and communicate findings using visualizations and effective storytelling techniques
- Deliver complex reporting requests
- Be a data and analytics champion, providing ideas, research reviews, and innovative thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of Mathematics, Operations Research, Social/Behavioural Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- 4+ years of related work experience preferably in Human Capital Analytics or employee related research
- Advanced knowledge of a visualisation tool (Tableau preferred)
- Experience designing and developing business facing dashboards and data visualizations in BI platforms
- Experience with SQL
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with one other programming language preferred (R, Python preferred)
- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to listen and communicate well at all levels of the company
