Responsibilities
- co-creating development standards, i.e. career paths, development programs, sucession plans etc.
- defining employee training needs, organizing training and conducting workshops – nationwide,
- participating in creating training strategies for employee development,
- conducting employee training courses and workshops on developing soft skills – nationwide,
- monitoring training progress and development activities,
- developing documentation standards and presentations,
- co-creating and enforcing pay, bonus, and motivational systems,
- monitoring market trends on pay and motivational systems, preparing recommendations, and implementing changes,
- participating in interim reviews, preparing rules and procedures for payment schemes
- co-creating payment schemes for employees
- monitoring indicators for human capital management i.a.: salaries, employment, turnovers, absences and other key HR indicators based on internal and market data.
Qualifications:
- university degree in HR or related business discipline
- documented HR, Compensation & Benefits experience
- experience in conducting training courses
- ability to conduct training by workshop methods,
- ability to develop training materials,
- experience in conducting presentations,
- understanding the HR operating environment, including policies and procedures
- strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data
- experience with relevant analytical tools (strong focus on spreadsheet applications)
- fluent in written and spoken English
