We are an international technical service provider with a staff of over 120 technicians working globally and delivering services to industry and offshore energy sectors. Our main office in Szczecin delivers back office services to other companies in the group – outside of Poland, we are established in Denmark and Norway. Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of HR and Payroll Officer to take over responsibility for employee documentation and preparing data for payroll.
- Responsibility for employment documentation
- Responsibility for deployment documentation for staff stationed to Denmark and Norway
- Preparing data for payroll: registration of working time, travel days and other elements of remuneration
- Close collaboration with chartered accountants in Poland, Denmark and Norway
- Keeping records of the validity of medical examinations and safety training
- Support to the recruitment team
- Administration of benefits (private medical care, sport card)
- Have solid knowledge of the labour law and regulations
- Have experience with employee documentation
- Have excellent English skills in speaking and writing
- Are used to working in a flat, matrix organization with a good deal team work
- Are good with details and deadlines
- Communicate easily across the organization and are able to motivate people
Familiarity with Scandinavian labour market model and / or one of Scandinavian languages will be a strong advantage, but is not required.
