Job description
- Advise Customers on HR Policies via Phone and Email
- Deliver end-to-end service in one of the areas mentioned below:
Recruitment:
- Job Posting
- CVs Pre-Screening
- Phone Interviews
- Face to Face Interviews
- OnBoarding Activities
Administration:
- Manage Employees data in SAP system
- Prepare HR Documentation (Employment Contracts, Reference Letters)
Candidate's profile:
- Good command of spoken and written German is mandatory
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Attention to detail
- Client facing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Able to cooperate within the team
