Our client, an international organization of HR Services in SSC/BPO sector in Poland is looking for motivated candidates for the position of HR Administrator with English and: French/German/Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Italian.
Job description
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in a wide range of areas, (e.g.,
recruiting event administration, new hires employment contracts,performance management or payroll, comp&ben) - Provide support to Country employees/managers and answering their questions on HR topics (via phone/email)
- Accurately maintain the master data of HR Shared Service co-workers in the SAP system
- Produce corresponding documents according to service level agreements
- Be competent contact person for local authorities, health insurances and social insurance agencies
- Provide support to all employees and managers in all HR topics
Candidate
- Fluent English skills
- Fluent second language: French/German/Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Italian
- Basic administrative knowledge of HR processes/Customer Service will be a plus
- Proficiency in working in a computer environment (SAP will be a plus)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and
organizational boundaries - Loves sharing knowledge and solving problems
