Job description
- Operational management of the accommodation section
- Management of all logistics operations
- Hiring of staff for Operations department
- Creation of long-term CAPEX, OPEX budgets
- Preparation of plans and coordination of repairs
- Cooperation with the parent company
- Optimization of operation, control of operation revisions
- Conclusion of employment contracts and other contractual documents
- Negotiations with business partners
- Control of all company operations
- Communication with guests and tenants
- Reporting
- Administration associated with the performance of the position
- Management of the Operations department team
- Management of the pre-opening of a new project
Requirements
- Experience with the work of Front Office Manager in a hotel or Property Manager is an advantage
- Secondary school/university education
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of English - verbally and in writing
- Responsibility and consistent fulfillment of set goals
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent communication skills,
