As a direct result of our global expansion we are now seeking an energetic person fluent in English who is ready to thrive in a multinational work environment and join our Helpdesk Team.
- Providing everyday user support
- Hardware configuration for new hires
- Software deployment
- Keeping hardware and software registered
- User account maintenance
- Handling ad hoc technical issues
- 1+ year work experience in an IT helpdesk environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Windows 7, 8 and OS X
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange and MS Windows Server 2012/2012R2
- Ability to use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen
- Technical English language proficiency
- Experience in network management
- Very good social and communication skills (ability to handle large volume of inquiries)
- Driving license
