Job Description
Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating help desk team with strong concentration for quality of services.
Main duties:
- Monitoring team KPI's and the quality of work
- Monitoring tasks performed , checking that they are relevant with best practices
- Recommending and implementing changes to processes to ensure continuous improvement
- Strong cooperation with other managers regarding to new solutions
- Resolving issues with the service delivery and escalating to appropriate managers whenchanges are required
- Keeping database up to date
- Running administrative tasks in the team.
- Experienced as a Team Leader/ Coach/ Supervisor for help desk team
- Able to speak english (B2) and german (C1)
- Very good work organization (ability to prioritize tasks)
- Very good social skills (communication, assertiveness)
- Excellent team working skills
- Able to solve problems
- Strong client orientation
- Able to plan procesess improvemnt
- Knowledge and understanding of IT business
- Knowledge about ITIL procedures will be a strong advantage
- Experienced in corporate environment
