We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Specialist, who will be an independent employee involved in all activities related to occupational health and safety service including supervisory, control and advisory to the Company.

You will perform OHS service within the company: supervision, control and employer’s advice in the OHS in accordance with Polish legal requirements. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting OHS inspections in the company’s branches and preparing analyzes
- Advising on the provisions and principles of OHS, preparing OHS improvement plans
- Supervising and conducting initial and periodic training in the OHS area for employees and managers (remotely and on-site)
- Assessment of occupational risks for various positions
- Taking care of timely OHS activities and keeping necessary documentation in accordance with Polish law
- Creating and supervising internal instructions, regulations, policies and procedures for OHS
- Representation of the company to external institutions in the OHS field
- Prevention of incidents and accidents and, if they occur, determining the causes and prevention methods
- Organizing evacuation and fire protection exercises
- Cooperation with all necessary employees and teams in connection with OHS-related tasks
- You will perform OHS service within the company: supervision, control and employer’s advice in the OHS in accordance with Polish legal requirements. You will be responsible for:
- Activities related to the internal promotion of OHS
- Knowledge and experience – we are a team of specialists, which bet on a substantive approach and independence. We expect:
- 5 years of experience in the health and safety service as an independent specialist
- Graduation from higher education (preferably related to health and safety)
- Practical knowledge of OHS regulations following Polish law and their interpretation
- Experience as employer representative during inspections in the field of OHS
- Experience in preparing internal instructions, regulations and procedures as well as supervising and opinion
- Time management skills, keeping deadlines and details orientation – we know the „Dura Lex, sed lex” principle and we totally agree! It is important to pay attention to deadlines and details, especially in the OHS area
- Open mind, flexibility and adaptability – we are committed to ensuring a high level of OHS at ADB. You need to know that our company is still developing, so it is essential to formalize the OHS and, at the same time, be flexible and match the rules to changing legal and market conditions
- Pro-active attitude – we value taking the initiative and proposing your own ideas or solutions – Nobody knows your job better than you!

- English skills – ADB is an international company and our language is English; the closest team communicates in Polish
- Knowledge or experience in the area of fire protection regulations
- Experience as the OHS Specialist in a tech or manufacturing company
