Head of Technology Processes and Services Management
Workplace: Warszawa
Your tasks:
- Management and governance of Technology frameworks and processes
- Ownership of continues processes and services delivery improvements
- Coordination of organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Delivery of Technology Department analytics, MIS and reporting
- Delivery of People Agenda developments (including workforce knowledge/skills gaps and workplace optimization)
- Accountability for Technology vendor management practices, inc. governance, day-to-day contracts management and contracts sourcing/negotiations, etc.
- Technology performance management and optimization (people, processes and services)
- Leading assigned Technology Department strategic initiatives and programs.
- Provides training and coaching for other staff members
Our expectations:
- Hands-on approach with ability to manage complex topics
- Master’s degree in Technology and/or Business Administration
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments in matrix organization
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Keeps up with Technology and Banking industry trends
- COBIT certification
