For our Client we are looking for people experiened in managing a SSC.
Job description
- standardize overall process of improvements
- being a key member for the region
- implement and give training on the core systems of finance and business support
- give training in financial development and delivery for the divisional management
- build a strategic development direction
- measure cost effectivenessconduct financial reporting based on SLA, KPI
Candidate
- 10 years of experience in Finance sector and 5 years of experience in managing the team
- Experience in multinational organizations
- Experience in the development of business performance and compliance metrics is needed as much as multi-function background including understanding of Procurement, Finance, IT or other shared service solutions
- Change management experience
- University degree and qualifications in accountancy
- Excellent German language skills is a must
- Very good English knowledge

- Ability to fully integrate into the team
