RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and deliver growth initiatives. Take end-to-end responsibility through concept, budgeting, design, content creation, implementation, analysis of results, and feedback
- Analyze the performance of tactics and overall initiatives. Communicate performance metrics to our team.
- Create branding, content, community, and promotions that share our company’s efforts with our target audiences.
- Represent marketing as a practice area at Hegelmann Poland. Advocate for resources and budgets. Take responsibility for outcomes.
- Establish performance objectives and measure the impact of marketing and public relations initiatives
- Collaborate with Hegelmann Group marketing team, Hegelmann Poland sales and management to develop and oversee execution of the content strategy (design, video, etc.) to support business and media objectives
- Develop and oversee execution of innovative and impactful brand marketing initiatives, including public relations and events to elevate the Hegelmann Poland mission and profile
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in marketing at innovative B2B brands.
- Proven track record in managing marketing team
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and analyze campaigns across different mediums
- Demonstrated ability to use social media channels and community building to foster awareness
- A self-starter, highly motivated and a champion of multi-tasking.
- Open to experimenting and driven to get things done in new ways.
- Fast on your feet, making smart decisions, meeting deadlines and keeping up in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding leadership, with the ability to envision new possibilities and develop big ideas grounded in a brand’s unique perspective
