• Set-up and managing the Internal Audit team
• Audit planning and execution responsibility for onsite, remote and multi-location audits
• Active participation in the Global Audit department
• Timely execution of audits in line with the established IA standards
• Managing relationships with the global audit teams
• Communication across the Globe with local senior management and stakeholders
• Works with the Vice President, Internal Audit and other Audit Management team members to develop and complete the enterprise-wide risk assessment, ensuring the approach is based on company strategy, stakeholder insights, data analytics, and current industry best practices
• Advocates for extensive use of data analytics in the internal audit plan’s various projects
• Ensures the adherence to audit standards by the audit team
• Excellent English communication skills - day to day language is English, both verbal and written
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Experience in audit internal and the financial services industry for more than 12 years
• SME
• Proven experience in managing and motivating teams
• Experience in influencing and managing senior internal and external stakeholder groups
• Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing principles and practices
