Head of Delivery

Your new role:
- Set the strategic direction for delivery management.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes.
- Increase customer centricity.
- Lead, develop and motivate a group of managers and senior specialists.
- Management and development of quality policies and procedures.
- Manage the overall pipeline of projects in terms of quality, timing, financial efficiency and feasibility.
- Develop risk management controls and contingency plans.
- Ensure effective resource allocation.
- Act as a point of escalation for the delivery teams.
- Close cooperation with business development in identifying new business opportunities.
- The position reports to the CEO and is part of the Management Team.

Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of utilising a variety of delivery frameworks, methodologies and tools.
- Experience in introducing projects management standards.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects of at least 10 people.
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record of developing and designing Quality KPIs.
- Fluency in English.
