Head of Customer Care

Zadania:
- lead and motivate a team of professionals
- develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- direct the daily operations of the customer service team
- plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- handle complex and escalated customer service issues
- monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
- identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
- liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- collect and analyze relevant data to improve customer care service
- co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
- look at new opportunities for the business to drive revenu
- B2B/B2C customer service experience
- supervisory experience (at least 1 year)
- proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
- very good written and spoken English
- excellent analytical and reporting skills
- ability to work under pressure
- very good communication skills
- experience with e-Commerce is a plus
