Head of Customer Care

Zadania:
- lead and motivate a team ofprofessionals
- develop and implement customerservice policies and procedures
- direct the daily operations ofthe customer service team
- plan, prioritize and delegatework tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- handle complex and escalatedcustomer service issues
- monitor accuracy of reportingand data base information
- identify and implementstrategies to improve quality of service and productivity
- liaise with company managementto support and implement growth strategies
- collect and analyze relevantdata to improve customer care service
- co-ordinate and manage customerservice projects and initiatives
- look at new opportunities forthe business to drive revenue
- B2B/B2C customer serviceexperience
- supervisory experience (atleast 1 year)
- proficiency in MS Officeapplications and CRM systems
- very good written and spokenEnglish
- excellent analytical andreporting skills
- ability to work under pressure
- very good communication skills
- experience with e-Commerce is aplus
