Would you like to take a Leadership role in developing and expanding Nordea's capabilities within Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)?
We are now looking for a Head of Access Solutions Development to help drive Nordea's development capabilities within the PAM and IGA areas. Access Solutions Development consists of 14 employees and you will be responsible for ensuring the maturation of the solutions within the department. This will include aligning with IAM Services and IAM Operations and dealing with business stakeholders.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Access Solutions Development team. We add value by developing IAM services with the technical capability to comply to Nordea's regulatory and business demands within the IAM area. As a Head of Access Solutions Development, you’ll play a valuable role in developing both the people competencies and development strategy to ensure the success of IAM within the Nordea business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking the responsibility for delivering a strong business result and driving the technical and functional maturation of the solutions within your team.
- Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Building the team by providing feedback, coaching and performace assessment
You’ll join a department in rapid development. As part of Nordea’s IAM unit (consisting of 78 people), we are expanding our capabilities across Nordea with a high attention towards ensuring IAM compliance. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- Excellent Leader skills and can coach and develop your employees
- Experience leading a development team working within an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate outwards to business
- Knowledge of forecasting, capacity and workload analysis
- Previously co-defined and executed on Strategic Initiatives as well as reported on KPIs
- Ideally, a background within the IAM domain or from a similar function
