Our Client, International fashion company that has well-known brand and several hundred shops in Western and Middle-West Europe is looking for Head Buyer Jersey for the Head Quarters in Paris:

The person will be responsible for:
- Manage 8-10 buyer`s team
- Create and implement collection strategy according to brand person, trends, business needs
- Close cooperation with Design and Product Departments
- Regular sales analysis to optimize and develop new products
- Manage buying budget (more than 100 mln euro)
- Garment components and fitting construction knowledge to discuss and solve problems in collaboration with designers and constructors
- Negotiate in Asian markets
Requirements:
- More than 5 years’ experience as manager in buying department in fashion
- Fluent English, French will be an asset
- Experience in German markets will be an asset
- Expertise in buying, planning, analyzing in fashion business, knowledge of fabrics issues
- Ability to move to Paris and be open to traveling
- Ability to prepare business recommendation and persuade managers
- High analytical, managing and business performing skills
- Be open, confident, assertive and have strategic thinking
- Technical and sales knowledge about Jeresy
