Being part of the Global Supply Chain Finance Agile Team the GSC Finance Agile Manager works on complex projects and initiatives (e.g. ASP simplification, GSC Finance digitalization and other cross functional initiatives, as directed by GSCF PMO director). He/She is working directly with stakeholders and sponsors in GSC HQ, Factories, Markets and Corporate Functions. Agile Finance Manager identifies business context and requirements, translates them into user stories, secures their implementation, while keeping constant feedback loop with the business owners of respective processes.
The team works in agile mode and applies agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking), the role promotes agility in the Global Supply Chain as a new way of working and mindset change. Depending on business needs, the GSC Finance Agile Manager might assume additional responsibilities of a Scrum Master or Product owner as required.

- Actively participate in design and roll-out One Team, ASP simplification, digitalization and other global GSC strategical projects.
- Inspire and drive team and peers through realization of GSCF initiatives, facilitate alignment, consensus and common understanding of the objectives and priorities
- Steer successful and efficient implementation of GSC Finance projects through early identification, escalation and resolution of bottlenecks utilizing strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactively drive cross-functional integration agenda through connecting different functions in GSC and beyond
- Ensure timely communication and updates with key stakeholders (GSCF and other stakeholders) through Sprint Reviews and Demo sessions
- Promote agile within community of peers and senior managers including GSC Management Team
- Act as agile ambassador, demonstrating model behavior associated with NWOW
- Utilize available Agile metrics and best practices to improve GSCF Projects delivery in terms of quality, effectiveness, and efficiencies.
- Foster agile mindset in GSCF through acting as a change agent.
- Support GSCF management team in backlog planning, project prioritization and resource allocation to ensure critical project focus and delivery
- Use regular review and status updates to ensure ongoing quality and adherence to project priorities.
- Carry out recurring sprint reviews and retrospective with key stakeholders to assess quality and appropriateness of deliverable
- Assume role of Scrum Master or Product Owner to facilitate delivery of specific projects and effective operation of the team through agile methodologies
- Share knowledge with other team members to ensure development of people within the team. Support colleagues and peers in achieving cross-functional end-to-end vision of business processes. Establish new channels of information and knowledge sharing, contribute to increase of business process transparency through breaking down silos.
- University degree in Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG (Factories/Markets/Global functions). Financial management experience & knowledge of cross-functional finance disciplines. Track record of working in agile teams or of successful project implementation is a plus.
- Fluent English
- Awareness of JTI business and work experience in at least one of key functions: HQ / Markets / Factories / Global Supply Chain / GBS
- Understanding of Management Accounting and Accounting principles
- Strategical mindset
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Senior stakeholders management and engagement experience
- Project management skills and/or knowledge and practical experience of Agile Project Management methods is a plus
- Experience of working with digital tools (such as Power BI) is a plus.
