Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining training curriculum for Polpharma Biologics employees of a group functions Development, TechOps, Quality, Enabling Functions, etc.
- Administrating and organizing training
- Creating training plans according to the functions’ requirements / standardizing requirements across the network
- Maintaining training plans up to date; new documents, retired documents
- Assigning users - employees to the training plans
- Monitoring status and reporting of training execution for each function, reporting overdue to managers
- Acting as first-line support for group functions for employees
- Participation in regular Training Boards and staying updated with good practices, changes, etc.
- Identifying and communicating improvements in the training process to Process Owner(s)
- Supporting the onboarding process of new employees within group functions
- Monitoring market trends of new digital and modern solutions within training and development
Expectations:
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of training organization and administration
- Experience in a company from the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
- Practical knowledge of SAP Success Factors, knowledge of TrackWise as an advantage,
- Experience in a large organization with a matrix structure or project
- Good organization skills, ability to work with many tasks
- Openness to change, working with short deadlines and learning new technological solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal orientation
- Proactivity, problem-solving attitude
- Fluent English knowledge (spoken and written)
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, incl. Excel
