Group Test Lead

PROJECT ROLE:
- Team Management - Mentoring and sparring with team members in Poland (primarily testers); Allocate resources to different projects who need testers; Motivate and engage a team (testers / developers)
- Task Management - Design and Plan test activities for minor tasks + projects
- Test Management – Ensure that Test Strategy is followed by delivering test service to the business; Time estimation for tests in projects
- Providing appropriate test coverage to ensure the release of systems without significant fault
- Testing Support – Manage day-to-day tasks and issues with a positive and flexible approach; Participate and create regressions test for maintenance team
- Business Support – Ensure the necessary support and advice is provided in an effective manner; Be aware of key business objectives, and ensure these are applied appropriately to all business activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Management experience: Line management (Application management) / project management
- Test planning skills (risk based approach)
- Experience with IT Project work disciplines/ maintenance teams (from requirements specification to implementation)
- Experience with Agile development process
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset
