Requirements:
- Experience in managing professional services sales function is a must
- Drive, self-reliance, assertiveness and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical approach and ability to plan and operate on strategic level
- Advanced, practical English (working C1 minimum)
Duties:
- Meeting sales targets (new sales, up-selling, cross-selling)
- Creation and realization of sales strategy for the Group and each business line (payroll, staff administration, accounting, audit, legal services, tax, business and IT consulting) across the region (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia)
- Everyday management of Sales team (10 people): support, motivation, supervision and mentoring
- Close cooperation with business line managers and marketing team in order to generate leads and responsibility for proper management of sales opportunities
- Personal involvement in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners and affiliated networks
