Key responsibilities:
- Creating HR Strategy and relevant policies fully aligned with business strategy
- Managing and constantly improving all HR related processes (employer branding, attraction and recruitment, retention, training and development, reward and recognition, staff administration etc.)
- Active promotion of company culture and values
- Ensuring compliance in HR related areas
- People analytics including implementation of actionable initiatives
- Business partnering for top managers
- Coordination of HR in Czechia and Slovakia
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in HR management role in professional services
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, retention, development and reward
- Fluent English (C1 minimum)
- Strong analytical approach
- Ability to create consensus and managing difficult conversations
- Necessary knowledge in HR legal and compliance area
- Business acumen
- Creativity and ability to experiment with new ideas
