- Support for our national companies and central contact for the national organizations in the area of administration and finance
- Flexible support our national companies in case of ad hoc issues / problems ("trouble-shooting")
- Development and implementation of international standards and specifications
- Recording of problems as well as advice and support in the roll-out of projects
- Regular cross-country / cross-divisional exchange
- Contact person for all controlling-related issues of the national companies and the international units
- Support of the national companies in preparing the annual planning and ensuring budget conformity
- Support from subsidiaries in the preparation of monthly reports and ensuring the integrity of local reporting
- Responsibility for the content-related transparency of balance sheet and revenue figures
- Identification and communication of deviations as well as their causes and influencing factors
- Support in creating a quality-assured, structured database
- On-site support (project-specific) of the national companies.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and consulting in an international environment is desirable
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- VBA – good to have
- Pleasure of analytical work paired with a quick grasp
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- Team player and entrepreneurial understanding
- Willingness to travel 30% - 50%
- Fluent English.
