Group Digital and Social Media Manager
Location: Warsaw
The Group Digital and Social Media Manager works within the Marketing and Communications Group to deliver optimal multiplatform marketing campaigns through insight and deep knowledge of their chosen discipline.
The role reports to Group Marketing and Communications Director.
The Candidate who want to join to the team should be proactive, great project manager, customer focused, good communicator, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver website optimization programme to deliver optimal lead generation,
- Create and manage efficient online marketing campaigns, ensuring they are inline with offline activity,
- Design and deliver ongoing eCRM programme through understanding the member journey (in cooperation with IT department),
- Drive search traffics growth and produce recommendations for optimization, across of all Jatomi Fitness’s web properties,
- Liaise with local stakeholders to deliver global but local eCRM programme to drive member engagement, prospect conversion and loyalty,
- Grow prospect database by either on site promotions, partner marketing or list acquisition.
- Minimal 3 years’ experience in online marketing,
- A working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, Affiliation, email/SMS and content marketing is essential,
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Power Editor and other industry specific tools,
- Previous people and budget management,
- Ability to learn and develop self-knowledge,
- Ability to adhere to in-house brand, style guidelines,
- Excellent written and oral skills,
- Strong analytical and presentation skills,
- Good command of English is required due to international co-operations.
