About you:
- you have a solid background of working in a graphic communications team within an advertising agency or retail design studio based educational qualification,
- you are proficient and have an extensive experience in using graphic design software and production tools,
- you have the ability to prioritise and organise own work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of available time,
- you enjoy taking responsibility and acting as an inspiring and motivating leader,
- your desire is to seek out opportunities that improve the way we work, thereby minimising financial and environmental costs,
- ability to read & understand written English.
- taking a leading role in overseeing the complete range of customer store communication,
- applying your extensive knowledge and understanding of people’s life at home and their buying behaviours to improve graphic communication inside and outside the IKEA store to facilitate the buying process,
- ensuring that the IKEA graphic communication is clear, consistent, understandable and correctly placed,
- using your graphic design skills, the IKEA Concept and IKEA visual and copy identity to create and implement graphic solutions that support commercial priorities and our visual uniqueness.
As a Store graphic communication leader you will be responsible for all graphic communication inside and outside the IKEA store and ensuring it’s aligned with IKEA guidelines. You will have space and possibilities to share your expertise in graphic design with your team to ensure that the IKEA Brand stands out visually from the competition. Your main goal will be to inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity.
