Google Ads Campaign Specialist with Romanian
Place of work: Warszawa, w pobliżu Metra Gdańskiego

Your daily duties as Google Ads Campaign Specialist with Romanian:
- Upselling Google Ads products and solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining long lasting business relationships.
- Preparation of online advertisement strategy according to individual needs of a client.
- Advising customers in issues related to Google Ads including: proposals of new solutions, negotiating offers, education on Google Ads products.
- Day to day management of all issues related to Google Ads including launching, monitoring, optimization and results reporting.
- Ongoing analysis of results in terms of achieving the objectives set.
- Cooperation with employees from different teams in order to prepare solutions for customers and development of their campaigns during customer care periods.
Apply if you have:
- Communicative level of English and fluency in Romanian (native speakers or near, C1 + level).
- Professional experience in customer service, account management or other sales related roles.
- Persistence in achieving goals and effectively handles objections and challenging situations.
- Strong client-oriented mindset, courage to explore customers’ needs and objections using exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize accordingly.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and readiness to work in a changing environment.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce or new technology would be an added advantage.
