- experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment and a proven track record of getting things done,
- knowledge of key logistics processes,
- ability to work on a tactical and an operational level in unknown environment,

- education in logistics or other management and business related field,
- readiness for shift work,
- ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
As Goods Flow Manager your main goal is to lead, organise and inspire the goods flow team in the store to secure availability, efficient execution of the replenishment process and picking in the store.
About the assignment:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- taking responsibility for planning, organising and monitoring the flow of goods in your store from delivery to restocking,
- being passionate leader of your team – developing the business and your people at the same time,
- empowering your team by delegating responsibility, especially to goods flow team leaders to help them grow and develop according to their individual ability and experience,
- optimising goods flow productivity together with your team to fulfil qualitative and quantitative goals and ensure that the stock level in the store meets customer demands,
- actively contributing to the creation of the store business plan and converting business plan goals into clear logistic actions within the goods flow area and implementing these actions,
- taking an active role in securing the co-operation of the commercial team in your store to maximise commercial opportunities.
