This role will provide support to the transaction function of one of CBRE"s client accounts. Its principle focus will be on supporting the Transaction SOP Compliance Global Lead.
The role will be focussed on improving account efficiency, compliance and client reporting. It will encompass liaising with global transactions and estates management teams producing consolidated regional and account-level client reports on project activity, account governance and compliance, KPI tracking and process management, project set-up, reporting and administration.
Responsibilities:
Organisation - Account Coordination
- Support Global Lead in preparation of any reporting or analysis
- Review and audit data for systematic issues and trends and identify gaps and easy wins to improve data accuracy and completeness
- Provide remediation support and training to Country"s currently behind on data completeness or accuracy (ideally not to provide BAU support)
- Provide regular liaison with all in-country teams to help identify, report and encourage greater completeness and accuracy
- Assist with 30 day KPI monitoring
- Maintain TM Playbooks, processes and role mapping
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
- Previous real estate experience is desirable
- Proven client facing experience
- Commercially astute
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Maintain a positive attitude towards routine tasks
- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team

- Degree level qualification
