We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong understanding of web technologies and who is looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading various types of QA and testing efforts including functional, automated and performance testing. They will also be responsible for developing test plans, test strategies and monitoring defects tracking procedures. The position will also include overseeing a team of QA Analysts as well and managing external QA vendors.
Additional Responsibilities will include:

Providing daily assignments to internal and external QA resources

Monitoring the defect tracking system, assigns and escalates defects as necessary.

In partnership with the other Operational Leads (Project Management, Creative, Development and Solution Architects), establishing a clear system of metrics to determine project quality and production efficiency.

Clearly communicate QA metrics, test results, concerns, and project status to the operational management team and other stakeholders in a timely manner

Estimating and managing the human & non-human resources (e.g. materials, equipment) required to achieve the project QA objectives.

Guarantee QA related project documentation such as general test plans, performance test plans, functional test plans are maintained throughout the project.

Driving innovation and automation of testing processes by making use of scripting and other tools

Working closely with Project Management, Creative, Development and Solution Architects to ensure that the quality objectives of all projects are met

Responsible for hiring, training and coaching QA staff for successful individual and team job performance and continued professional growth and development.
