About this opportunity
We add value by securing a strong foundation for data driven decisions and escalations. As a Global Production Planner, you will play a valuable role in securing global demand and supply meets when planning workload in Transaction Monitoring.
What you will be doing:
- Functional lead for 6 capacity planners (one in each country)
- Set and manage production targets on team, local and global level
- Align planning and reporting tools cross border and teams
- Continuously improve capacity planning framework and tools in cooperation with other planner areas (e.g. Sanctions and Know Your Customer/KYC)
- Secure a global long-term forecast of production (demand/supply)
- Regular reporting of performance, gaps, risk and achievements
- Identify potential improvements/optimisations/automations and impact on production
- Run daily meetings with unit heads to ensure progress according to plans
- Produce high quality analysis and presentation material for senior management and authorities
You'll join a data and quality focussed team working with transparency, change impact and clear communication. The role is based in Tallinn, Helsinki or Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Experience in production planning from local or global role
- Experience in handling regular reporting to senior management
- Experience as a controller
- Experience in working cross border (either directly or as part of global organisation)
- Experience in setting up the right processes to secure timely delivery and high quality
- Super user of Excel and Powerpoint (pivot tables, data analysis, limited coding and presentations)
- Experience from Transaction Monitoring is an advantage
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Querries and Hadoop is an advantage
- Knowledge of lean methodology is an advantage
- Experience as people or functional leader is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English required (minimum C1 level)
- You have a higher education with a degree in mathematics, engineering or economy or work experience lifting you to equal level.
