Due to our expansion and working with customers all over the world, we are looking for an International Mobility professional who will be responsible for implementing and administering our global mobility policy. You will be working closely with other internal functions such as payroll, finance, travel, HR and legal across all of our offices in UK, Poland, USA and Mexico. This is a fast moving environment with frequent customer and internal deadlines. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, work on your own initiative, willingness to take responsibility and have excellent communication skills in Polish and English. Own and operate a register of countries in which we provide services which details our compliance state with taxes and labour laws, key contracts and levels of risk;

Co-ordinate recording details of all staff travel – triggered by travel booking;

Co-ordinate with the Finance and Admin teams the monthly reporting of engineers working abroad, wage costs, expenses and daily allowances which allows us to deal with local filings for tax;

Work with scheduling to ensure that we minimise the number of engineers working abroad so they become subject to income tax in different locations;

Maintain up-to-date awareness of the legislation and tax requirements of each territory within which we operate and liaise with Sales and HR to identify new territories into which we are likely to be moving and understand the taxation rules and regulations pertaining to use of local and non-local workers;

Be a central reference point for queries related to tax, legal and employment issues which arise from our engineers/ employees being deployed across different geographies from their home country;

Liaise with Finance and local providers of accounting services/ payroll services to ensure full compliance with local tax laws;

Work with Finance/ Legal to set up whatever presence is required in the host country e.g. local company, tax registration.

Ideally the successful candidate will have finance or payroll experience;

Demonstration of an appreciation of the operational and tax issues involved in global mobility or expatriate management or direct experience;

Excellent communication (in English), interpersonal and relationship building skills;

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

Proactive ability in problem solving and have good analytical skills;

Highly organized with a proven ability to execute and manage projects and tasks and work as an excellent team player.
