We are looking for you if:
- You have several years of proven working experience a Business Analyst in specific domain/area like Trade based AML having deep expertise on Transaction Monitoring (proven knowledge of Trade Products is a pre-condition),
- You have solid knowledge of the TFS (Trade Finance Services) business, product characteristics and lifecycles,
- You have deep understanding of Payment Risk Matrix in Trade Products, Understanding on Bank Guarantees, LCs, Collections, Standbys, Working capital cycle, linking SWIFT messages and Trade Products/Goods,
- You have deep understanding on detecting any Anti-Money Laundering activities or risks, various frauds in Trade and how they can be prevented,
- You have industry experience in implementation of TOM/Governance for AML Solution Implementations,
- You have strong analytical skills and basic understanding of statistical approaches/methods,
- You have proactive, can-do, no surprises and positive mind-set,
- You are fluent in English speaking and in writing.
You'll get extra points for:
- Understanding of KYC processes (CDD, transaction monitoring, AML, Screening)
- Up to date knowledge on latest technologies like E-UCP and Block Chain platforms and how they impact Screening on AML
- CITP (Certified International Trade Professional) is an added advantage
- Experience with Data management, GDPR/P, Regulatory and/or IT, Bid Data technologies with exposure to fraud, financial crime, customer insight or compliance-based environments that utilise detection / predictive models
- Agile development methodology

The resource operates in a team responsible for implementation of Advanced Analytics & AI Solutions within the Global KYC Delivery Tribe. The Business Analyst will closely work with ING’s Trade Services Tribe and Global KYC Policy/Risk Coverage and Compliance Departments.

20% - Refining, Creating and continuously improving our customer/data journeys into Tangible Product/Solution Enhancements through Design Thinking (Product Features and Stories)
20% - Work closely with Policy/Risk Experts,Compliance, MLROs, Users and Product Owner to prioritize business and information needs
10% - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities - Derive Quick Wins for Business Value keeping the bigger picture in mind (defining data strategy /vision)
