Sun Investment Group is looking for an ambitious Global Head of Recruitment // Recruitment Manager to lead sourcing/ screening/ recruiting and hiring activities across SIG’s countries of operations –Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Germany and soon to be: France, Spain and the Netherlands.Core of the role is focused on cooperation with the local heads of departments and line managers tofulfill the hiring needs in our branches across CEE. As company is constantly growing,we are looking for a person with high ownership ratio and hands-on approach. This individual should operate with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal representative and will meet regularly with the Board Members. The Head of Recruitmentmust work cooperatively withallbusiness unit representatives and all SIG/Group departments.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships with Board Members and Hiring Managers to define SIG’s recruitment strategy;
- Leading the full cycle recruitment process in the fields of: Renewables, Legal, Financial, Marketing and Construction area;
- Ensuring the effectiveness and results of talent sourcing;
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards and forums);
- Developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations;
- Cooperate actively and maintain good relationship with business and your future sourcing teamto pro-actively identify staffing needs;
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance (pipeline candidates for the potential requirements);
- Support market mapping, business intelligenceand onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience within related roles;
- Good knowledge of various sourcing techniques;
- Keen interest in developing within a leadership role;
- Strong communication skillsin English;
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams;
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously;
- Being Microsoft Office Package friendly, and especially excel friendly;
