Responsibilities:
- Manage HR-lifecycle of executives:
- Preparing job postings, headhunter searches, selection processes, taking part in interviews
- Selecting individual development measures
- Defining and implementing all enabling and rollout activities for HR products and new HR processes
- Advising and supporting national and international executives and CEOs of subsidiaries in all HR related individual matters throughout their entire executive lifecycle; developing and implementing strategies for personal, holistic support
- Advising executives during the year as well as preparing and implementing/hosting performance and potential review together with the executives
- Negotiate and prepare executive contracts
- Monitor and steer Performance Management process for
- Active stakeholder management for creating acceptance
- Representing Executive Management in various projects (Performance Management, Budget for benefits etc.)
- Provide labor law consultancy in individual, personal issues of executives
- Providing consulting in consideration of a market-oriented, local remuneration and incentive system
- Advising executives with regard to personal development
- Identify major and strategic developmental needs and gaps in competences for executives in the T-Mobile Poland
- Working in international community
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years’ experience on senior level positions among HR
- Teamwork and assertiveness as well as proactivity and reliability
- Experience in personally advising executives on career and development
- Build trust and interpersonal relations
- Ability to adequately evaluate risks, make decisions, and to accept responsibility for your actions – which may be based on assumptions in case of uncertainty
