- Developing, planning, and implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
- Setting deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system;
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs;
- Leading the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration;
- Cooperation with ERP system users and the system supplier in order to develop and improve applications;
- Implementing new modules, conducting training for employees operating the system;
- Critical business process support strategy by systems, to implement in cooperation with Development Team;
- Work between departments to analyze business processes & develop technical solutions;
- Ongoing support of users in solving problems in the functioning of the system.
- Technical education; Master's degree preferred; faculties: IT, economics with computer science and related;
- Multi site ERP implementation experience;
- Fluent written and spoken English & Polish language;
- Knowledge of EDI, Sharepoint, PDM, other advanced communication solutions – link to ERP;
- Good team work skills, ability to take role of team leader;
- Ability to handle stress and solve problems;
- Ability to frequent business travel;
- Proven skills vs Agile Project Management as preference;
- Advanced change management functionality knowledge
