We are establishing the Rewards Knowledge Center in Warsaw that will design and manage rewards programs that are appealing and motivating to JTI people that work across 80+ countries around the world.
When you join you will be part of the global project team that will review and redesign compensation processes that will be supported by the state of the art Total Compensation Platform.
This is a unique opportunity to work with international team of rewards professionals, who are interested in the design and communication of the modern solution and will put JTI employee into the focus. The project will give a great opportunity to establish relationships with JTI Rewards and People and Culture worldwide community.
- Own and orchestrate JTI’s global compensation programs and processes;
- Act as functional owner of global compensation platform;
- Provide training, support and advice to local and regional People & Culture teams with regards to compensation;
- Initiate and take part in new compensation programs development;
- Perform benchmarking, maintain relationships with rewards vendors, represent JTI at HR forums and networks.
- You are confirmed rewards professional who possesses business acumen.
- You have hands on experience with systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, beqom).
- You are at ease communicating with key stakeholders at all levels and can influence without authority.
- You are eager to share your knowledge and explain complex concepts in easy to understand way.
- You are a self-starter and enjoy working in cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- You will be part of a diverse and inclusive organization, focusing on new ways of working.
- You will join the Global Rewards team and will work closely with the HQ strategy and local organizations.
