- Procurement Strategy:
- Ensuring effective supplier relationship management throughout the supply chain and sustainability of supply
- Defining Global category strategies/guidelines and coordinating strategic sourcing activities for set category
- Work in close collaboration with Regional/Local Procurement Leads to create and manage cross functional suppliers’ lists
- Managing procurement operations when required for their respective category/ key stakeholders
- Suppliers’ Management:
- Supporting Category Lead in identifying and managing Global suppliers’ pool and developing SRM for selected category
- Negotiating high value contracts and ensuring optimum, sustainable supply conditions
- Running projects that will add value to both Procurement and business functions
- KPIs and Targets:
- Ensuring appropriate Demand Management process is in place when required
- Achieving set Procurement negotiation targets and KPIs
- Leading and/or supporting supplier bidding processes in close cooperation with respective business partners
- Ensuring strategy implementations ad monitoring performance and potential deviation
- Business Partnership:
- Ensuring business connectivity for set category and scope
- Focusing on demonstrating value of Business Partnership, by developing a customer-oriented approach
- Aligning strategy with key business partners and ensuring it meets Business’ priorities
- Establishing alignment and effective communication among procurement, organization, business partners and suppliers
- Market Intelligence:
- Providing and sharing Category intelligence, identifying trends and opportunities
- Conducting risk assessment of supply, building contingency plans, finding alternative ideas, solutions in securing best conditions for the company (extensive market research, proactive sourcing of innovative suppliers)
- Have an University Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar environment in a multinational company
- Strong Global Corporate Card background and market knowledge
- Fluency in English (business language), other language is an asset
