Global Accounts Receivables Manager is responsible for Accounts Receivables department (~30FTE) located in CPBC, Banks & Cash and Customer Ledger teams. He/she is the global owner of BUA (Bank user administration), BCM (Bank & Cash Management tool) and collection, dunning and other processes performed in AR. The responsibility includes strategic development of the areas, management of leaders and individuals, business stakeholders management, business continuity and automation projects related to the area. Global AR Manager is responsible for CPBC financial audit, ISO security audit in AR area and implementation of effective and efficient finance processes.
The Accounts Receivables Manager is the primary contact to Treasury, Business Support function & Sales in local organizations, Group Controlling & Reporting, global IT and more. He/She ensures AR finance processes alignment and books compliance to both IFRS and local standards.
- Develop the AR area in line with the company, CPBC and Global Finance strategy and vision of the area
- Execute local and global finance projects and transitions
- Identify opportunities within AR area (including automation) and drive them towards execution
- Managing AR leaders and recruiting the team
- Lead/support development of AR processes and methods
- Identify synergies and opportunities between AR, local sales and other finance teams
- Keep close dialogue with business support group, sales managers, group reporting and controlling, IT, Global Tax & Compliance, Treasury
- Representing the group reporting and financial year end close of AR for all served entities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders during projects
- Maintain portfolio overview to keep track of resource availability
- Acts as an active member of GFS leadership group, and i-team, proactively providing input and feedback on GFS and CPBC performance
- Representing all AR finance processes in front of internal review and external audits.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in people management
- Solid experience in Finance and/or accounting background
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Business experience from an international organization
- Strategic business understanding
- Great communication skills and ability to build solid business relations
- No probation period – long-term contract from the start
