Job Description
One of our clients – Shared Service Center in Łódź is starting financial & accounting processes in Poland. Currently we are looking for:
- Managing relationship between the GL SSC and key stakeholders
- Ensuring achievement of performance/quality standards
- Monitoring, updating and developing SLAs & KPI's for GL processes
- Managing productivity and cost improvement
- Plan staff responsibilities to promote optimum utilization of staff
- Planning, coaching and performance reviews
- Managing proactively the implementation and prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring maintenance and update of GL procedures and process documentation
- Supporting the transition of local GL processes into the SSC
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in General Ledger processes
- Experience of supervising staff within GL processes, or other core financial processes
- Experience of managing GL Finance processes and delivery of continuous process improvements
- Experience of working in a shared services center, within a complex and international environment
- Experience of supporting process transitions
- Good working knowledge of SAP financials
- Fluent communication skills in an additional language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) would be beneficial
